The Esri Developer Summit will kick off with a series of pre-conference seminars on topics such as Python and Esri’s web and mobile APIs
summit will also include 30 user presentations from GIS developers highlighting their successes
Bill Clark, research vice president at Gartner Research, will give the Keynote Address on Wednesday, March 9
