More VanMap Updates – Orthophotos, Olympic layers, UBC streets

January 26, 2010 By Editor

Always good to hear from the gang near my old stomping grounds in BC… this time the VanMap crew has announced a few more updates to their fine service.

New additions include:

  • 2009 orthophotos have been added (see http://vancouver.ca/vanmap/o/orthophotos.htm)
  • There is an Olympic layer group including venues and the Olympic Transportation Plan
  • The garbage pick up schedule has been added
  • Streets in the UBC and UEL area have been added for background purposes only

see http://vancouver.ca/vanmap/news/index.htm for more
