Pictometry International Corp. Named Top Workplace

March 29, 2016 By GISuser

(Rochester, New York, March 29, 2016) – EagleView Technology Corporation, a leading technology provider of aerial imagery, data analytics and GIS solutions, announced that its subsidiary, Pictometry International Corp., was named a Top Workplace for 2016 by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, ranking number eight in the midsize company category.  In addition, the company also received the Work/Life Flexibility award.

“Our employees are the reason behind this recognition,” said Chris Barrow, EagleView president and CEO. “Their commitment and passion creates the culture that inspires innovation within an environment of trust and candor. As a company, we value the importance of flexibility to support a workplace that is balanced and happy.”

The Democrat and Chronicle and Workplace Dynamics surveyed more than 14,000 employees in the Rochester area and selected winners based on those employees’ feedback.  When asked why Pictometry should be considered a candidate for the Work/Life Flexibility award, an employee stated, “I have the flexibility I need to balance my work and personal life.”

Pictometry International Corp. specializes in the capture of high-resolution, orthogonal and oblique aerial imagery and offers many different career opportunities.  Visit www.pictometry.com/careers to see open positions and view a video of current employees explaining why Pictometry is a great place to work.
