USGIF’s Scholarship Program annually awards students studying geospatial intelligence and related fields with financial assistance. We offer multiple scholarships at various amounts for high school seniors all the way through the Ph.D. level. Receive up to $10,000!
Scholarships:
Ken Miller Scholarship for Advanced Remote Sensing Applications – $10,000
Named for Kenneth W. Miller, who is known as a founding father of measurement and signatures intelligence (MASINT), and created in partnership with Riverside Research, this scholarship is awarded annually to one master’s degree student working in or planning to enter the Defense and/or Intelligence community.
RGi Scholarship for Geospatial & Engineering – $10,000
This scholarship, in partnership with Reinventing Geospatial Inc. (RGi), will be awarded to one undergraduate student who demonstrates financial need and is interested in or studying both the engineering and geospatial disciplines.
USGIF also awards 15-25 scholarships at the doctoral, graduate, undergraduate, and graduating high school senior levels. $5,000 is given to doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate students, and high school seniors receive $2,000.
